With shiny golden scales, long elegant tails and cute little faces kids love to imitate, who doesn't love goldfish? Often seen as good starter pets for children, goldfish are probably one of the most common first pets.

This model features two life-sized goldfish suspended around a central plant in a cute diorama. Like real goldfish, the ones in the model will be happy to lazily hang in contentment, for as long as you have the model. Unlike real goldfish though, you won't have to flush this model down the toilet eventually.

Constructing the model is fairly simple and straightforward. I'd say the most difficult parts are probably the base and the points where the fish connect to the plants. Combined with the fact that some of the parts of the goldfish are rather small I'd rate this one as maybe a 7 on the 1-10 scale for difficulty.

- Paper - 2x purple 8.5”x11” sheets, 3x green 8.5”x11” sheets, and 2x orange 8.5"x11" sheets (or your choice of colours!)

- Glue or some other adhesive

- Scissors/craft knife/craft cutting machine

- Tweezers
